Tip 2: Schedule Meetings in Different Time Zones
  1. You can schedule meetings with people in different time zones. When requesting a meeting by using Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007, click the Time Zones button from the main appointment ribbon. You can then select the time zone in which you want the appointment to occur. This is particularly useful for arranging meetings when you’re travelling to different parts of the world.
