Swimming lessons

Hi All,

I am a novice in swimming but the past few days have brought a lot of freshness to my life. i have joined a swimming club in kolkata. There i am trying to learn how to swim.

Gulped a lot of water into the stomach but still continuing the process assigned to me.

Agony Of Life

2day is D day i.e heard so many news a lot of bad ones and a few good ones which made me sit back and ask myself what is it that we want from life?

Today i heard three news where life just went away in a whisker. One was of my friend's sister , other two were grandfather of two other friends.Of these the first one means a lot to me as the friend is my room mate. He is so close and emotional that i was very worried about him what he will do. As of now we can only sympathize with him but this one is a hard one and he has to come out of it stronger.Time is the only thing that can heal this a little for him and nothing else.
As a friend my responsibility will be to keep him in good spirits as and when he come back.

As 4 me, i came out unscathed from my meeting with doctor and sincerely hope that i follow his advice sincerely. In frustration i watched one movie called DEV D which actually captured a different essence of life in a modern way, a brilliant interpretation though. just watch it if you have time.

The Tag Line "Fear has a new address"

This movie belongs to a new generation of horror where it shows that so called spirits are using the new medium of communication like television or mobile to communicate!!!!!
What a concept!!!!!!! Just that the treatment was childish.

Madhavan is a saving grace in the entire movie which is nothing but an extended TV serial in the first half. Here everything happens routinely to Madhavan, like lift failing to work for him everytime he goes inside it, not able to put a nail inside a room.

If you are able to watch the first half somehow ( I don't know how i managed it) then you can possibly get something in the second half like a thriller which might interest you but again at the end it leaves you with a dry feeling .
Why?????
because a sequel might come some time later!!!!!!!!

Go and see the movie and forget the address of fear for sometime.

I watched a movie called The Terminal which has Tom Hanks playing the role of victor navorski who is trapped in an airport terminal due to the Bureaucracy in an airport terminal of America. Then the story unfolds as to how that man despite being an unwanted person makes all the person (including Amelia -Catherine Zeta Jones) fall for him.
His simplicity and unassuming nature filled with love wins over the heart of all the people.If you have not watched it go and watch it and truly you will never regret it.

Tip1 : Finding Email Message Quickly

You can search for a specific e-mail message in Microsoft® Office Outlook® without expanding the Search box. In the Outlook Search box, type your target.

For example, to find a particular e-mail message from John Smith, type from: John Smith. This will instantly list e-mail messages from that person, but not messages that contain his name. This tip also works for other criteria, such as folders. For example, folder:
expenses will instantly list only those folders that contain “expenses” as the subject.

Tip2 : View By Conversation

Usually, you see e-mail messages In the order in which they arrive. But if you need to read the background of a message, switch to Conversation view to see the rest of the thread. In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, click View, click Arrange By, and then click Conversation.

Tip 3: Delete a Meeting Without Not!fying lnvitees

If you have set up a meeting, and your attendees have declined to come, its obviously an irritation for them to then receive an e-mail message confirming the cancellation of the meeting. Instead, you can delete the meeting without sending a notification.

1. Right-click the meeting, and then click Delete.
2. In the notification e-mail message, delete all the addresses from the To field and type your own e-mail address instead.
3. Click Send.

TIP 1: Effectively Schedule Meetings for a Whole Team of People

If you frequently schedule meetings with the same team members, finding a free slot in everyone’s calendar can be challenging. It can also be irritating to keep adding all of your team members to the To line of your meeting request. Using a group schedule makes this task easier.

1. Define a group schedule.
a. In your Microsoft® Office Outlook® Calendar view, click Actions, and then click View Group Schedules.
b. Click the New button, assign a name to the new group schedule, and then dick OK.
c. Add your team-mates in the Group Members column (Just as you would in a meeting request).
d. Click Save, and then dick Close.

2. Use your group schedule to create a meeting request.
a. From your Outlook Calendar view, click Actions, and then click View Group Schedules from the menu bar.
b.
Select the group schedule that you defined from the list, and then
click Open. Now you can see the free/busy Information from all your
team mates without having to select them individually in a meeting
request.
c. Find a free slot and select It.
d. Click Make meeting, and then click New meeting with All. A new meeting request will then open, prefilled with
all your team mates on the to line.

Windows 7 Download Limit Removed

Concerned you may have waited too long to download Microsoft's Windows 7 public beta and missed the boat? Don't be. Following a deluge of download requests that initially took out Microsoft's servers forcing the company to temporarily halt downloads, Microsoft now says it has removed the 2.5 million download limit originally put in place.

"Due to an enormous surge in demand, the download experience was not ideal so we listened and took the necessary steps to ensure a good experience," wrote Brandon LeBlanc, a Windows Communications Manager on the Windows Client Communications Team, on The Windows Blog. "We have clearly heard that many of you want to check out the Windows 7 Beta and, as a result, we have decided remove the initial 2.5 million limit on the public beta for the next two weeks (thru January 24th). During that time you will have access to the beta even if the download number exceeds the 2.5 million unit limit."

Microsoft hasn't said how many users have already downloaded Windows 7, but according to Net Applications, IE8 beta 2, which is included in Windows 7 beta, spiked from .82 percent on Friday to .98 percent on Saturday, and then 1.01 percent on Sunday, setting a new record level for the browser.
